Your guide:

Hi, I'm Taylor, founder of FLOWT.I've always been fascinated by the connection between breath, mind, and body, and how that relationship shapes the way we think, move, recover, and experience everyday life. That curiosity led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Utica University, complete an internationally recognized 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Peru, and become a YOGABODY® Stretch Coach.Along the way, I continued studying human movement because I wanted to better understand how the body functions as an interconnected system, not just a collection of muscles and joints. What I discovered transformed the way I approach movement.Movement is never just physical. The way we breathe influences tension.
The way we think influences movement.
The way we move influences how we feel. That's why I created FLOWT.I wanted to create a space where science meets mindfulness, where movement is guided by awareness rather than expectation, and where every person is seen as an individual, not a template.Every session begins with breath. From there, we observe, explore, and adapt each experience to your unique body, drawing from movement education, yoga, stretch coaching, and evidence-informed practices to support lasting confidence, mobility, and well-being.My hope is that you leave with more than improved mobility. I hope you leave with a deeper understanding of your body, a greater appreciation for what it's capable of, and the confidence to care for it long after our time together.FLOWT:
where movement adapts to you.
